Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original payment.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the following cases:

• For digital content, if you have expressly agreed that we begin execution before the expiry of the withdrawal period and have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal by your consent
• For services, if we have fully provided the service and you have expressly consented before the provision began

By signing up for a paid plan, you agree that the service begins immediately.

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel your subscription at any time at the end of the current billing period.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to all features until the end of the paid period.
